Use of Premium Services: Bayosell offers premium services to help promote your listings and increase visibility on the platform. These services are designed to attract more users to your announcements.
Types of Premium Services: Bayosell provides several premium services, including Boost Plans and Top Ads Promo packages. When you select a Boost Plan, your listings will be prioritized over free listings and shown on relevant pages, categories, or sections of the site. How to Order Premium Services: To order a premium service, visit the Bayosell Premium Services page or select your preferred service when creating a listing. If you are using our mobile app, navigate to the “Premium Services” section in your profile or choose a premium service during the listing creation process.
Payment Methods: When ordering premium services, you can choose from various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and eWallets. Upon choosing a payment method, you will be directed to the relevant checkout page, where all entered data will be secured. The platform only receives payment-related information. For cash payments, you will be provided with payment details that you can use at a bank branch to complete the transaction.
Changes to Premium Services: Bayosell reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the features, types, pricing, and accepted payment methods for premium services at any time.
Refunds: As permitted by applicable law, all fees for premium services are non-refundable due to the nature of the online services. You agree that we will not issue prorated refunds if your listing violates the Terms of Use and is removed from the platform or if you deactivate your listing voluntarily.
Validity of Top Ads Promo Package: The Top Ads Promo package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you do not use the package during this period, you will forfeit any remaining benefits and will not be entitled to a refund, compensation, or replacement.
Manual Renewal: Premium services are not subscription-based. You must manually renew the service each time you wish to extend its validity.
No Guarantee of Results: Bayosell does not guarantee specific results from the use of premium services. We are not liable if the services do not meet your expectations.
Credits
Purchasing Credits: You can purchase credits (the “Credits”) on the platform to pay for premium services. Each Credit is equivalent to 1 Ghanaian Cedi.
Credit Validity: Credits must be used within 12 months from the purchase date (the “Credits Validity Period”). Any unused Credits will expire after this period. You acknowledge that expired Credits are not refundable, nor will they be replaced.
No Monetary Value of Credits: Credits have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for currency or other items of value. Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or traded for any goods or services outside of our platform.
Prohibited Transactions: You may not buy or sell Credits, nor exchange your account or Credits for money, goods, or services, except as expressly allowed by Bayosell.
Forfeiture of Credits: All Credits will be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to inactivity for one year, violation of Terms (e.g., Terms of Use, Privacy Policy), suspicion of fraud, misuse of the platform, or any illegal activity.
No Compensation for Unused Credits: If your account is closed (voluntarily or involuntarily), you will not receive any compensation for unused Credits.
