Eligibility

Bayosell reserves the right to remove any advert or account that breaches these Terms.

Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

Bayosell provides a platform for users to connect.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for:

• Communicating honestly.
• Verifying information before completing transactions.
• Inspecting items before payment.
• Agreeing on prices and delivery arrangements.
• Complying with applicable laws.

Bayosell encourages all users to follow our Safety Tips when arranging meetings and completing purchases.

Payments

Bayosell does not process or hold payments between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Users are solely responsible for agreeing on payment methods and completing transactions safely.

We recommend avoiding advance payments to unknown individuals and inspecting items before making payment.

User Conduct

Bayosell is under no obligation to publish every advert submitted to the platform.

Disclaimer

Bayosell provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of listings.
• The quality or condition of advertised items.
• The identity of users.
• That transactions will be completed successfully.
• Continuous or uninterrupted access to the platform.

Users should exercise their own judgment and follow safe trading practices at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bayosell shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Transactions between users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
