As Bayosell continues to grow, optional premium features may become available for businesses and users who wish to promote their listings or access additional marketplace tools.
Do I need an account?
You can browse listings without creating an account.
However, you will need a free Bayosell account if you want to:
- Post adverts
- Save favourite listings
- Edit or delete your adverts
- Manage your account
- Contact sellers through marketplace features
- Receive important account notifications
Creating and Managing Adverts
How do I post an advert?
Posting an advert is simple.
- Sign in to your Bayosell account.
- Click Post Ad.
- Select the appropriate category.
- Enter accurate details.
- Upload clear photographs.
- Set your asking price.
- Publish your advert.
Always review your advert before publishing to ensure all information is accurate.
Can I edit my advert?
Yes.
Go to your dashboard, select My Ads, choose the advert you wish to edit, make your changes, and save them.
Keeping your advert updated helps buyers receive accurate information.
Can I delete my advert?
Yes.
You can remove an advert at any time from your dashboard.
If your item has been sold, we encourage you to delete or mark the advert accordingly to keep the marketplace up to date.
Why isn’t my advert receiving enquiries?
Several factors may affect the performance of your advert.
For better results:
- Upload high-quality photos.
- Write a detailed description.
- Use an accurate title.
- Choose the correct category.
- Set a competitive price.
- Respond quickly to interested buyers.

How do I contact a seller?
Each advert contains the seller’s available contact information or messaging options.
Before arranging a meeting, ask any questions you may have regarding the item’s condition, availability, and price.
Clear communication helps avoid misunderstandings.
Can I negotiate the price?
Many sellers are willing to consider reasonable offers.
Please negotiate respectfully and remember that the final decision always belongs to the seller.
Does Bayosell handle payments?
No.
Bayosell provides the marketplace where buyers and sellers connect.
Payments are arranged directly between the people involved in the transaction.

I forgot my password.
Select Forgot Password on the sign-in page.
Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to securely reset your password.
Can I change my profile information?

Can I close my account?
Yes.

Our moderation team reviews every report carefully.
What should I do if I suspect a scam?

- Do not send money.
- Do not share personal financial information.
- Report the advert immediately.

If you have already made a payment, contact your financial institution or payment provider as soon as possible.
